The German automaker launched Mercedes-Benz A-class Limousine in India at an introductory price of Rs. 39.90 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The car will be manufactured in the plant near Pune.
Mercedes-Benz A-class Limousine will be available in three different variants with an 8-year engine and transmission warranty.

The A-class Limousine is offered in a single fully loaded Progressive Line trim. It has a large front grille, new signature LED DRLs, new LED headlamps and taillights, longer rear doors, a panoramic sunroof, and a smooth roofline.
Other features include twin-screen layout, dual-zone climate control, latest MBUX infotainment system, front seats with memory function, a wireless phone charger, connected-car tech, and an AI-based voice assistant, among others.
Mercedes-Benz A-class Limousine draws power from either a petrol or a diesel mil. A200 gets a 1.3-litre, four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine known to produce 163hp, while A200d is packed with a 2-litre, four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine churning out 150hp. The petrol unit is paired with a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox, and the diesel engine comes with 8-speed DCT automatic.
Apart from launching the standard model, the company has also unveiled the AMG A35 version of the sedan in our market. This top-spec model is powered by a 2-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that produces 306hp and 400Nm of torque. Besides, the engine is then mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
Mercedes-AMG A35 receives some AMG-specific styling, such as muscular alloy wheels, rounded dual-tip exhaust pipes, a boot lip spoiler, a new front grille, bumpers, and a rear diffuser. It gets a retuned suspension and dynamic steering rack offering an amazing driving experience.
To speak about the interior, A35 AMG has a similar design to the standard car. But, it comes with an all-black look and ambient lighting.
The A-class Limousine rivals the likes of BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe, with price ranging between Rs. 37.90 lakh and Rs. 42.30 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
