BMW has introduced the new 6 Series Gran Turismo facelift in the Indian market. The 2021 BMW 6 Series GT has been launched in the country at a starting price of Rs 67.90 lakh. The top-spec variant carries a price tag of Rs 77.90 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom.

The updated BMW 6 Series GT is available in three variants: 630i (petrol), 620d (diesel) and 630d (diesel. The 630i variant draws power from a 2-litre four-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine producing 254.4bhp and 400Nm of torque.
The 620d variant of the 6 Series GT draws power from a 2-litre four-cylinder diesel engine producing 187bhp and 400Nm of torque. The 630d trim draws power from a 3-litre six-cylinder diesel engine churning out 261bhp and 620Nm of torque. Both the diesel engines are turbocharged. BMW offers an 8-speed automatic gearbox as standard.
On the design front, the 2021 model is available in two design trims: Luxury Line and M Sport. The sedan features a wider ‘kidney grille’ redesigned headlights, revamped bumpers and new tail lights.
The sloping roof design, new alloy wheels and other minor upgrades give the sedan a sporty look. The 6 Series GT gets LED headlights as standard, and you can also have the optional Laserlight headlights.
The interior of the updated sedan features several updates. The interior features a new 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity and a 12-3 inch display for the digital instrument cluster.
Other features include a large panoramic sunroof, four-zone climate control, a 360-degree camera and much more. Apart from that, the sedan gets air suspension with self-levelling and an adaptive rear spoiler.
