Italian motorcycle manufacturer MV Agusta has revealed the updated Brutale and Dragster. The 2021 MV Agusta Brutale and Dragster feature a host of updates to the electronics, chassis and the engine.
The 2021 avatar of the MV Agusta Brutale and Dragster is equipped with a six-axis IMU which is responsible for launch control, wheelie control, traction control and cornering ABS. Apart from that, the updated Brutale also gets cruise control. Both the motorcycles feature a 5.5-inch TFT display for the digital instrument cluster. The display can pair with a smartphone through the MV Ride application and also displays turn-by-turn navigation.
The updated Brutale and Dragster draw power from the existing 798cc three-cylinder engine producing 138bhp and 87Nm of torque. The engine has been updated with new piston rod bearing, countershaft bearing, fuel injectors and DLC-coated tappets and valve guides. The engine also complies with the latest emission norms.
MV Agusta has also tweaked the chassis and has revamped the frame for better rigidity. The company has also worked on the front and rear suspension. The Dragster now comes with a 200/55 rear tyre. Lastly, MV Agusta has also redesigned the seat for more comfort.
