Honda has launched the 2021 CB650R and CBR650R in the Indian market. The 2021 Honda CB650R is priced at Rs 8.67 lakh, while the 2021 Honda CBR650R carries a price tag of Rs 8.88 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom. Both models will come to India via CKD (Completely Knocked Down) route and will be retailed through Honda’s premium BigWing dealerships.
The Honda CB650R is a naked motorcycle with an appealing neo sports cafe design. The motorcycle features a round LED headlight, sculpted fuel tank, stubby exhaust and sleek tail section. The CB650R is available in two colour options: Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic and Candy Chromosphere Red.
The Honda CBR650R is a fully-faired sports motorcycle with an aggressive design. CBR650R gets dual-LED headlights, a muscular fuel tank, a windscreen and a sleek tail section. The bike is available in two colours schemes: Grand Prix Red and Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic.
Both the motorcycles draw power from a 649cc in-line, four-cylinder engine producing 86bhp and 57.5Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox assisted by a slipper clutch for smooth downshifts.
The cycle parts on both models include Showa USD forks upfront with spring preload adjustability and 7-step adjustable mono-shock suspension at the rear. Braking duties are handled by radially-mounted dual-discs at the front and a single disc at the rear with dual-channel ABS.
