Bajaj Auto has launched the 2021 Pulsar 180 in India at Rs 1.08 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi). Bajaj has listed the Pulsar 180 BS6 on the official website, and the quarter-faired Pulsar 180F is missing from the website. It means that the newly launched Bajaj Pulsar 180 BS6 is likely to replace the Pulsar 180F.
The 2021 Bajaj Pulsar 180 draws power from a 178.6cc air-cooled engine producing 16.7bhp and 14.52Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The specs of the Pulsar 180 are similar to the Pulsar 180F.
The overall design of the new Pulsar 180 is also similar to the Pulsar 180F, minus the quarter fairing. The Pulsar 180 gets a halogen headlight and LED tail light. The motorcycle also gets the same digital-analogue instrument cluster.
The Pulsar 180 gets the same components, such as the telescopic forks at the front and dual shock absorbers at the rear. Braking duties are handled by 280mm disc up front and 230mm disc at the rear. The motorcycle also gets the safety net of single-channel ABS.
The 2021 Bajaj Pulsar is listed on the website with a single Black Red colour option. The Pulsar 180 rivals the likes of Honda Hornet 2.0 and the TVS Apache RTR 180.
